About a month ago I (finally) decided to enter the world of Essential Oils. I have been following quite a few instagrammers who were involved with Young Living's Essential Oils and I decided to purchase a starter kit to see what it is all about. I immediately fell in love starting with the packaging my kit came in. #Gorge!
The kit contains 11 oils, a beautiful diffuser and some other stuff I have not even gotten to. Additionally I ordered the oil "Peace & Calming" to diffuse at 6pm, when my kids are eating their sandwich prior to shower- and bedtime.
I'm two weeks in it and I have already noticed a difference in my household and in my kids' moods.
I'm so excited to start this new journey and share with you what the benefits are of using these oils on a daily basis.
