Let's talk about "Rollers". What is it, How does it work, What do I need?

As I mentioned before, there are 3 different ways to use your Essential Oils;

1. Topically: using rollers allows you to roll the oils directly onto your skin. Just make sure you are using 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils and diluting appropriately with a carrier oil.

2. Aromatically: using a diffuser allows you to enjoy the scent as well as the health benefits

3. Internally: Young Living has a special vitality line of oils to allow you to confidentially ingest oils to see the incredible benefits.

Today I would like to inform you a little bit more on topically using your oils with a roller-ball bottle (aka Rollers).

So, rollers are amazing for when you want to use oils for a specific purpose, in a specific area on you body. Common areas are behind the ears, on the temples, chest, over your heart and underneath the big toe.

A roller is usually made with a of a couple drops of different 100% pure therapeutic grade Essential Oils -which ever (combination of) oil is desired- and topped of with a carrier oil such as jojoba oil, sweet almond oil or grape seed oil.

I make rollers in 5 or 10ml and use metallic roller-balls on top. Also, I only use glass vials, just to make sure that the blend stay 100% pure. Undiluted essential oils should never be stored in plastic containers, as some properties in many essential oils will break down the plastic, which can destroy the oil. Diluted oils, processed in the form of lotions or other beauty products may be stored in specif PET products. However, I do recommend to only use glass and never plastic.

Another thing, make sure that your rollers are never stored in direct sunlight, nor heat, as the product can damage within the glass vial. Always store your rollers in your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen are, purse or any other cool and dark place.

Lastly, rollers are amazing for travelling, because they're both so powerful and portable (win-win!).
